Our mandate was clear: improve the ergonomics and safety of the assembly workstation without compromising productivity. Leveraging our expertise in mechanical design, manufacturing, and custom equipment assembly, we developed a custom flipping conveyor that enables the safe and efficient handling, positioning, and rotation of cabinet carcasses.

This project highlights our ability to support manufacturers through every stage of a project, from concept and mechanical design to the manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning of custom industrial equipment, with a strong focus on productivity, ergonomics, and workplace safety.
