Beyond productivity improvements, the project also addressed maintenance and reliability challenges associated with the existing gluing station, requiring a robust and sustainable solution.
Our mandate was clear: improve the ergonomics and safety of the assembly workstation without compromising productivity. Leveraging our expertise in mechanical design, manufacturing, and custom equipment assembly, we developed a custom flipping conveyor that enables the safe and efficient handling, positioning, and rotation of cabinet carcasses.
